For weekend private dining and corporate events, we recommend booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance. For weddings and large celebrations, 3 to 6 months is preferred to secure your date.

We regularly serve Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, and all surrounding Home Counties. UK-wide and international travel can be arranged upon request.

Absolutely. Safety and personalization are top priorities. During your initial consultation, we log all allergies and dietary restrictions to ensure the entire menu is safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Most private dining experiences feature a 4 to 6 course menu, including antipasto, primo, secondo, and dolce. We are happy to extend or shorten based on your preferences.

Yes. Every menu is built from scratch and naturally accommodates vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and other dietary needs without compromising on flavour or presentation.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

More than 30 days before the event: full refund minus a 5% admin fee. 14–30 days: 50% deposit refundable. Less than 14 days: deposit non-refundable.

Yes. We regularly cater for corporate events from 10 to 100+ guests, including board dinners, networking events, and team-building masterclasses.

Yes. We offer optional sommelier-curated wine pairings for each course, featuring premium Italian and British wines tailored to your menu and budget.

Chef Baldo brings all cooking equipment and ingredients. We only require access to a clean kitchen with running water and basic work surfaces.

Yes. Every menu is built from scratch around your preferences, dietary needs, and event theme. No two menus are the same.

You can adjust guest numbers up to 7 days before the event. Increases are subject to ingredient availability. Decreases may affect the final balance.

Yes. Chef Baldo holds full public liability insurance for your peace of mind. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.

Yes. Our Clean Kitchen Guarantee means we handle all washing up, food storage, and a full deep-clean of the kitchen before we leave. You simply enjoy the evening.
